Requirements
- High level of experience on your instrument, can play the hardest repertoire
- Responsible for submitting example recordings for each piece as a guide to others

Conductor
Requirements
- Current/past conducting student or 2+ years of conducting experience
- Responsible for conducting certain pieces that are performed because of tempo changes, keeping the orchestra together
